The Medical Assistant Diploma Program at Helping Hearts Training Center prepares students for entry-level roles as Medical Assistants in physician offices and medical facilities.
Nationally Recognized Certification: Upon successful completion, this program prepares students to sit for the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) Exam.
Educational Objectives:
Our program equips students with the knowledge and skills to:
Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing, and coding for insurance.
Perform clinical duties, such as recording vital signs, preparing patients for examination, drawing blood, and administering medications under the guidance of a physician.
