Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Refund Policy At Helping Hearts Training Center, we understand that unexpected situations may arise. Please review our cancellation and refund policy carefully before registering for any CPR class. 1. Cancellations by Students More than 48 hours before class: Students who cancel in writing (email or phone call) at least 48 hours before the scheduled class will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Less than 48 hours before class: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the class are non-refundable, but students may reschedule once at no additional cost. No-Shows: Students who fail to attend class without prior notice will forfeit all tuition paid and are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. 2. Rescheduling Students may request to reschedule their class one time free of charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the class start time. Additional rescheduling requests will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. 3. Cancellations by Helping Hearts Training Center In the rare event that a class is cancelled by Helping Hearts Training Center (e.g., due to low enrollment, instructor emergency, or unforeseen circumstances), students will be given the option to: Reschedule to another available class date at no cost, or Receive a full refund. 4. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original method of payment. 5. Non-Refundable Items Registration/application fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. Course materials, books, or e-cards that have already been issued are non-refundable.
